Purification Committee
The Purification Committee (full name: Cityscape Purification Committee) is the "police force" in the New Changkong City. They operates very heavy during daytime and most likely none during nighttime unless very serious issues happen.
- As they are not likely working during nighttime, it is possible for certain crimes to happen during that time without getting caught.
- They are also not likely working outside of Changkong City.
- Only Officer Wang is known to operate during nighttime.
Underground
Full name: Underground development zone.
- The electricity of the underground is managed by Swan Hotel.
- The property management or municipal services are managed by gangs.
- Changkong City's underground development plan was a bad debt done by former mayor Burns. In many places, it’s unclear who the property owner is.
- The homeless people at the underground are called "Old street friends". They came to Changkong City to take refuge because of the Civil War, and were taken in by the old mayor... but they have never been able to integrate into the Above ground people. People in Changkong City need them as security guards, cleaners, couriers, etc. to pick up trash.
