- A Planet-class Houkai beast, later known as Cthulhu, is born in the Centaurus A star system. It was first observed on May 9, 2038, with a diameter of about 4000 kilometers, around the size of Australia. Current distance is about 5.7 light-years away from earth but the speed was close to the speed of light. It was expected to arrive to the Earth in the year 2046. Before that, it was misidentified as a small meteorite because of its extremely small size based on the distance, and was not deemed as a serious threat.

Dr. MEI meets "Kiana" through "Otto" and Kiana was sent to Massive Electric Agency (MEA) of the Changkong city, in the Far East region. Changkong is the most advanced super-large fortress city in existence, as the headquarter of MEA, and also the capital of the "People's Union". backed by the technological power provided by MEA, Changkong city has become the safest place in the world at that time.

Anti-Entropy (AE) have the same goal as Schicksal that is to eliminate the Houkai. Due to the opposing ideas of the two sides, the two sides often conflict. Although AE has a leader who is called the "Sovereign", the Executors are the real AE managers, and each executor manages a branch.

Cocolia, a warlord from Russia, is an Executor of Anti-Entropy.
When the Soviet Union collapsed, she established the Cocolia Orphanage to house orphans displaced during the Cold War and called them "daughters". No one knows why she established the orphanage.
Seele Vollerei is one of the orphans in the Cocolia Orphanage.

At 14:07:47, March 28, 2014, the Third Great Houkai started at Senba Academy and Kiana have to escape from academy with 0.000000001% successful escape rate. In the process of escaping, Kiana have to go through academy library.
Kiana's mission is to find the target within Senba Academy before Schicksal arrives.
Chapter 2: Kiana, Strike
"Sakura and blood, in the afternoon of early spring, a battle happened..." Chapter introduction
To avoid zombie crowd, Kiana choose to go through Sakura road. While walking on the road, Kiana's Phone detected Houkai source at 2 o'clock, 700 meters away.
Even at 50 meters from the Houkai source, Kiana sees nothing suspicious besides lots of zombies around. Suddenly, a strange sound happened and attracted zombies.
Chapter 3: Strange Lighting
"The roar of the thunderstorm above the academy pierces my heart..." Chapter introduction
Zombies are attracted to strange sound, and Kiana is almost run out of ammo so she have to find the target quick. Kiana quickly found a strange girl who doesn't talk and wearing purple outfit despite being asked.
Later, the strange girl started to say her name "Mei" and Kiana remembers that she is the one who rejected 12 boys in a day, nicknamed "Queen of Thunder" and have an "ugly face". The talk by Kiana caused Mei to slowly turns into Herrscher while the sky turned dark and Kiana thought her phone was broken since it reports source of Houkai is nearby while Mei looking like "depressed rich girl".
Mei runs away and attracted zombies, later turned into Herrscher.
Chapter S1: No Entry
"In this ruined place, hope is like a rumor in the wind..." Chapter introduction
Kiana enters an abandoned building which thunderclouds are in front of her, and she thinks this abandoned building shouldn't be in a modern academy.
It is a deserted place that behind the scene, it's constantly polluting the city and a warning sign was used outside to prevent people from entering. If it isn't because the bike sound that attract Kiana, she wouldn't be here.
Chapter S2: Unquenchable Desire
"When can we fulfill our promise to see the sunset together...?" Chapter introduction
Kiana finally exit the abandoned building and enter a place which is a race track on the mountain, all the bike racers on the mountain turned into zombies. Kiana found a diary after hears a zombie biker fall from the cliff.
On January 5th, my locomotive finally arrived, and I'm going to name her Thunderbolt because she must be as fast as lightning!
On January 6th, I joined the motorcycle club in my school. I didn't expect Senba Academy to actually have such a club! After the 3 joined St. Freya, Theresa twice pretended to be a little nun lost in the church to test the 3 twice. Deep Sea Lab
Kiana, Mei and Bronya were teleported to a laboratory in Quantum Plane though a very powerful Spacetime Fracture and met Seele, who was trapped within it. In order to find the Homu which fell into an inexplicable tunnel, Kiana and her party came to this fortress, where they met an AI named ELLA.
Later in the maze, Kiana and her group passed through various places, there were locations like greenhouses, and transport modules like conveyor belts, but Kiana found herself going around in circles, and finally found out that it was AI. Ella was leading them around in circles, but they eventually made it out of the fortress. However, in this fortress, there is still a hidden secret about a girl's experiment, but Bronya is unwilling to dig any further, so everyone left the "Maze Fortress". Ella was indeed leading the wrong way for Kiana and her party to "expelling the intruders", which shows that the entire so-called military factory is under ELLA's control. ELLA later started the self-test, when performing the life test, the displayed value was 1. This actually shows that ELLA wasn't a simple AI, but an object with vital signs.

- Project Sunshine is a part Hidden Moon Plan which the HUO planned to eliminate Kyuusyou and everyone she values. The plan was found by Tieshi Yixia and was killed before she can escape with the plan.
2019
There was an empty table incident. Half of the directors of the New York's Human United Organization were not present at a meeting, which marked the official split of the New York's division.
2020
3 years after Tieshi Yixia was killed, her corpse was delivered to Situ Qinghong, was revived and modified by Qinghong. Yixia still keep her memory as of 2017 when revived until Qinghong revealed that she was dead for 3 years.
Aftermath War (2022-2027)
A world war called the Aftermath War broke out between the two organizations with the Sangharama Battle as the fuse.
- During the interval between the battles, in order to ensure that their skills were not suddenly overtaken by the opponent, both sides launched an operation to hunt down the remnants of Valkyrie.
- Valkyries refers to the remnant squads from the Schicksal.
To prevent the fate of being all arrested and executed, the remnant Valkyries of Schicksal, whose individual capabilities are far better than group combat, gradually explored a set of guerrilla tactics. They transmit guerrilla ideas to each other through technologies such as blockchain and magnetic links (torrent). Lauren Kliman switched from robots to studying human body modification and became a rising genius in this field.
Civil War (2055, Legion Era year 38)
In 2055, Legion Era year 38, the Civil War of the Legion began with the turmoil caused by the former commander of the First Legion, Charisma Thunderland.
The arms race ensued, and Stigmata Knights, Houkai Hunters, Mobile Fortresses, more powerful Houkai Reactors and battleships, and the "Weapon of Decisive War Against the Planet" entered the stage of history.
Protracted War (2057, Legion Era year 40)

The Legion Civil War, also known as the Human Civil War, ended with 300 million dead, 80 million missing, and 110 million injured. The conflict is still brewing.
Also in the same year, the hero of the old world "Houraiji Kyuusyou" eased the conflict, she established a new order, and established an educational group called Houkai Gakuen.
2059 (Legion Era year 42)

A sigh of life and death
Tennis club (Unlimited Tennis Tournament)
